On behalf of Frost, we thank you for your interest in providing us your submission. We sincerely value you as our customer and appreciate your willingness to share with us.
At this time, we’re actively seeking two types of customer submissions: (1) stories that relate to your positive experiences with Frost (“Customer Testimonials”), and (2) customer photographs that depict the best of Texas places, icons, history, lifestyle, character and themes (“Customer Content”). We plan to use selected customer submissions in various ways to promote our products and services, such as on our websites, in our print, broadcast and digital advertisements, in our marketing materials, etc.
The following guidelines provide information on what types of content we’re seeking.
Customer Experience and Testimonial Guidelines
Please focus on your individual experience with Frost and how our values align with your personal values.
A few cautions: if you mention an individual, please use only first or last name – not both. We ask that your submission not include:
- product ratings or reviews, advertisements or “spam”
- obscenities, discriminatory language or content not suitable for a public forum
- mentions of other company or financial institutions’ names, other than Frost, or of credit or insurance score reporting services
- comments about other people’s stories we have posted or about their authors
- personally identifying information like email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information, or a reference to marital status in regards to eligibility for programs, accounts, rates or levels of service
- specific dollar amounts of a transaction or rates for any financial product
- any reference to ethnicity, national origin, religion, or sexual orientation in regards to eligibility for programs, accounts, rates or levels of service
- forward-looking statements about investments
You must be at least 18 years old and not a current or former employee of Frost to make a submission. Be aware that your submission, including any personal or health information, may be viewed publicly. Frost may remove stories from our websites and archives.

Customer Content Guidelines
We are launching a new website and intend for it to feature photographs that depict the best of Texas places, history, icons, lifestyle, character and themes.
Here are guidelines to consider when submitting your photos:
- Every photo must be taken in Texas by a current Frost customer
- For our purposes, horizontal photos work better than vertical ones
- Your photo can represent the state literally or metaphorically
- Shoot in black and white, or color – it’s your choice
- Up to one image per customer will be selected each year
Frost will not publish the following:
- Imagery that’s obscene, racist or objectifying to any person
- Subject matter that is overtly negative, shocking or depressing
- Copyrighted material
- Anything that contains personally identifiable information
- Other financial institutions
You must be at least 18 years old and a current customer of Frost. Be aware that your submission, including any personal or health information, may be viewed publicly. Frost may remove stories from our websites and archives.
Terms Governing Your Submission of Customer Testimonials and Customer Content
By accessing our website (the “Website”) or by submitting to us your Customer Testimonials and Customer Content (collectively, “User Content”), you agree to the following terms:
The Website is provided by The Frost National Bank (“we” or “us”). By using the Website, you consent to our Privacy Policy. To the extent of any conflict between our Privacy Policy and this agreement, this agreement shall control. If you have questions or comments about the Website, this agreement or our Privacy Policy, please email us, including your name and mailing address, at webhelp@frostbank.com. We retain the right, at our discretion, to modify this agreement or our Privacy Policy in the future. Your continued access to our Website constitutes your acceptance of all modified terms.
Your Use of the Website
You may use the Website to submit User Content to us and to view the content we display there.
User Content and User Information
You may submit to us User Content via this Website. To do so, you’re required to complete the information we require for submission (“User Information”).
License to Us
You grant us, without compensation to you or others, the right and license to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, sell, sublicense, modify, edit, adapt, translate, transmit, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit all User Content and User Information in any form, medium or technology that we elect, whether now or in the future. You agree that we may exercise such rights for any and all purposes we deem appropriate, including, without limitation, in the promotion, marketing and publicizing of our services and products (e.g., on our websites, in our print and broadcast advertisements, in our marketing materials and in our telephone marketing systems), and for our internal purposes. Your grant to us is perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive, royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, and transferable without your further consent. You understand and agree that we have the option, but not the obligation, to use the User Content, and that if we exercise our license rights, we may also use your User Information in conjunction with such User Content.
Your Submission of User Content and User Information
By submitting User Content or User Information to us, you further agree that:
- We may moderate the Website, review the User Content and User Information, and decide in our sole discretion whether to display or otherwise use it.
- We may remove any User Content and User Information at any time without notice to you.
- We may edit the User Content and User Information in our sole discretion for brevity, clarity, grammar, compliance with our rules and other similar purposes.
- You are solely responsible for any User Content and User Information and the consequences of submitting it to us, and our use of it as permitted by this agreement.
- You acknowledge that you were not compensated or granted any consideration by us or any third party in exchange for creating or submitting the User Content.
- You affirm, represent and warrant to us:
- you are at least 18 years old and not a current or former employee of Frost;
- the User Content and User Information is true and accurate;
- you haven’t impersonated any person or falsely stated or misrepresented your affiliation with a person or entity;
- you own or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use and submit to us the User Content and User Information and to authorize us to use the User Content and User Information as expressed in this agreement;
- your agreement to this agreement does not in any way conflict with any existing legal agreement or commitment on your part to any third party; and
- that User Content is not confidential and that we are not obligated to treat it as confidential.
- You will not submit User Content or User Information that:
- is false, misleading or inaccurate;
- is not appropriate for a public form (e.g., it is defamatory, hateful, harassing, derogatory, demeaning, threatening, abusive, pornographic, racially or religiously biased or otherwise offensive or objectionable);
- infringes or otherwise violates the rights of any third party, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, service mark, privacy rights, publicity rights or other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
- violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
- includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
- contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
Your Submission of Your Email Address
You agree that we and our third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the User Content that you submit and for other administrative purposes related to the Website and your obligations and our rights set forth in this Agreement. Otherwise, your email address will be protected by our Privacy Policy.
Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been submitted to us as User Content in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us to report possible copyright infringement. However, such termination shall only apply to your right to access and use the Website and shall not in any other way terminate or limit any other provision of this Agreement, all of which shall survive such termination of your right to access and use the Website.
Miscellaneous
This agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or conditions referred to herein or on the Website, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us as to your use of the Website and your submission of User Content and User Information. Any and all prior or contemporaneous communications and/or proposals are superseded. This Agreement is severable, and in the event any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. A printed version of this Agreement shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to use of our Website or submission of User Content or User Information to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles, and venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
